The Movement – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Movement, we believe consistency creates results. Our policies are designed to support your progress, respect our instructors’ time, and ensure a great experience for everyone in the room.

We also understand that life happens — so we’ve built in a little flexibility where it makes sense.


1. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Classes may be cancelled up to 8 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.

  • Cancellations made within 8 hours, or no-shows, will result in the class being deducted from your package or charged in full for drop-ins.

One-Time Grace Pass


We get it — unexpected things happen.
Each client is allowed one late cancellation or no-show grace pass. After this has been used, standard cancellation rules apply.

This policy helps us:

  • Respect instructors’ time and preparation

  • Allow waitlisted clients a fair chance to attend

  • Maintain a smooth, high-quality class experience


2. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may be refused entry for safety and class flow reasons.

  • If you arrive late and cannot be admitted, the class will be considered a no-show and deducted from your package.


3. Package Validity

All packages are intentionally structured to encourage consistent movement and real progress.

  • Drop-in classes: valid for 7 days

  • 10-class package: valid for 1 month

  • 20-class package: valid for 2 months

These timelines exist because regular movement is key to seeing results. Extending validity too far often leads to inconsistent attendance and stalled progress — which goes against everything The Movement stands for.


4. Freezing Packages

  • Packages may be frozen for travel or exceptional circumstances

  • Freeze requests must be submitted in advance to reception

  • Freeze duration and approval are at management’s discretion

Please note:

  • Packages cannot be frozen retroactively

  • Validity continues as scheduled unless a freeze is approved


5. Refunds & Transfers

  • All purchases are final

  • We do not offer refunds on:

    • Drop-ins

    • Class packages

    • Promotions or special offers

We strongly recommend purchasing packages only when you know you’ll be able to use them within the validity period.

  • Packages are non-transferable unless otherwise stated

  • Unused classes do not roll over after expiry


6. Studio Responsibility & Policy Updates

  • The Movement reserves the right to update policies at any time

  • Policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive of our community

  • By booking a class or purchasing a package, you agree to these terms
